Roberto is very easy to deal with.
He is very friendly and very professional at the same time. He is super responsive to requests of his client. I was very impressed with him when we decided to see a condo which we previously had rejected, mistakenly decided that it was on the first floor. I called Roberto and told him that we would like to see the condo. It was Friday almost 5 o'clock. In about 15 minutes Roberto called me back and said "We are going to see it tomorrow morning. I think this is what you are looking for, and I don't want you to miss it". We did buy that condo. In the morning of the closing (we were remote) Roberto went to check the property and sent me the video to show that everything was the same as it was when we decided to buy it. We would recommend Roberto without any hesitations.

He set up and went to inspections and kept us informed of everything along the way. He went to the final walk-thru, face-timed us so we could be there and addressed our concerns.
